Why would you need web client in OMV web interface to connect to OMV web interface?

To control things in the web gui that only have desktop clients, no web based client. There are many containers already existing with such things in Docker.

Unraid puts everything in a docker because its libraries are so incompatible. There aren't even that many people using docker with omv yet. All that said, the version of guacamole (0.6) on wheezy doesn't use web sockets and is slow. So, using guacamole needs to wait for jessie.

I realize this but there are some interesting things going on there. I would rather see more developers make their applications web based. I mean for backup that would be extremely useful.

I finally managed to solve my problem using docker and compiling airdcnano inside an ubuntu 14.04 clean image...
All is perfect now...
