    who have openmediavault-virtualbox version 0.6 or 0.6.1 or 0.6.2 or 0.6.2.1?

Why do you want those versions?

Anything to restart php5-fpm will work. So, yes, your method works too. I just figured rebooting was easier.

This is your problem. Your flash drive is failing. We always recommend against flash drives that do not have static wear leveling (typically found on SSDs).

The flash drive has hit its limit of writes and is failing. Not much else I can say.
