Well, I got it working 
I used another method;
I installed Debian Wheezy netinst without network
I installed the same version on a VM without network
I activated network on the VM afterwards and installed build-essential and headers packages
I copied the packages from the VM to my NAS box and installed them, after that I could make the correct driver for the NIC
Then I manually installed OMV and got it working!
I do get a monit error now when I want to apply the settings for file system, I will look into this and post in a different thread when I need your help again
