VDR & VirtualBox Problem

Hallo zusammen mein Englisch ist nicht gerade das beste also versuche ich es erstmal auf Deutsch:

Ich habe VDR installiert und der erkennt soweit auch 3 Tuner (sollte so sein), aber ich komme auf keinen der Steuerwebseiten. Da kommt dann Verbindung fehlgeschagen?!? Die nächste Austelle ist das ich ein 4 LNB Setup habe. Wie kann ich das VRD beibringen?

Nun zu VirtualBox beim VM erstellen kommt eine fehlermeldung das er kleine Diskerstellen kann. Ich vermute mal falsche Zugriffsrechte, aber wo und wie kann ich sie einstellen?

i have installed the VDR plugin an it shows 3 Tuner (thats right so) but can´t open the VDR webside, the connection is wrong is the answer. My next Problem is i have a 4 LNB Sat with a multiswitch, how to configure it?

so I try to reinstall the VDR plugin and afther that i got this: Failed to execute command 'export LANG=C; invoke-rc.d 'vdradminam_enable' stop 2>&1': invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/vdradminam_enable not found.
Whats next how can i get this runing?

omv is started now and i can get in the webconfig page but can´t config the VDR. Also installed the vnsi Server for XBMC via sudo apt-get install vdr-plugin-vnsiserver and i got this:

Is there a simple how to for vdr? Its realy frustrating to search tho whole web for ewery comand and I got still no idea how i can setup my 4 Satellites via diseqc.
