Missing webgui after mobo change

Hi,

I've just replaced my mainboard with the same but new model. Did omv-firstaid stuff and got samba, transmission, webmin working but when I try to connect to webgui it returns:

It works!
This is the default web page for this server.
The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

So now every server restart requires me to connect via SSH stop apache2 service and start nginx. My question is how to fix this permanently?
