Why? you can access through network
As Subzero says, you can boot Clonezilla on your NAS and then access it via SSH (using Putty for example).
Then log in and execute:
sudo clonezillaas the backup plugin suggests.
Or you can use Macrium Reflect to backup too if you have a monitor.

Yes you can, just make sure you copy the boot sector with the imaging software, also you would want to make sure that the boot loader is actually on the disk you are cloning and not another disk attached to your server

Nevertheless it's easier to clone it via CLI using Clonezilla. You don't need to open the box and you neither have to be careful. Just clone all the system disk to another disk and you're ready to go.
