Actualizations?? Does that mean Updates? I normally install all updates. If you are worried, test in a virtual machine.

If it is a production machine, I always test on another machine before installing updates. Most of the time, there is no problem.

There is a lot of missing details. Did you test on a different machine first? What updates were installed?

No, I did not test in different machine.

I Follow your link to generate sources.list
I copy the new sources.list (generate) on file: /etc/apt/sources.list
    Then save file
    and last: omv-update

    after this I reboot system

After total boot system, I tried to accsses web: 404 page error ngxi
Then, I check share folders. It is there but, do not access more, only shows shares
For God, the files is in other HD, because I still can access by ssh and verify the path, files etc.
The system is installed in One HD and files in other.

I Think I brake and put the system in hell after: omv-update

I Think I need to install system from ZERO, and build all again.
After today, I never update system more. Tomorrow will the DAY!

But, if you have a good suggestion.

    Sorry my Bad English

  • I left a massive note in red in the forum thread. Lesson learned I guess.

    check cat /etc/debian_version

I choose wheezy and follow steps.....
Hummm, I need to change to oldstable to get (wheezy)?
    Right?

What do you think? Its possible fix it, or I need to install again?
If I need install it again, I will need to generate sources.list again, because we have no dhcp.
Do you remember you show me steps to put IP, DNS right form? Ok, if I generate the sources.list again, can brake the system again?

    the answer command:

    cat /etc/debian_version
    8.1

    It chage to debian 8.1?

  • There is no downgrade process, you need to reinstall. you didn't read it if you still put the value stable in sources.list
disconnect data drives and boot the installer only with OS installed.

Ok, I will install again, but..

    Im sorry. I dont understand.

    Let me say:

    my sources.list after generate:

deb http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free
I need to put wheezy there?

    deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ wheezy-updates main contrib non-free
    deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main contrib non-free

    disconnect data drivers? When?:
