WebGUI broken

Hi there,

I`ve run OMV 2.1 on a Debian System. In the past I`ve a few problems with hdparm, but solved with hd-idle install.
So, everthing ok..till today. I tried to enter the GUI and I can`t access it - I get this message:

I also try to reboot the system, but nothing changes. Did anyone an idea what`s going wrong?

Delete the file in terminal with rm /var/cache/openmediavault/cache.omvwebguilogin_js.json

Hi,

the directory openmediavault doesn`t exists - I have created and also a File called "cache.omvwebguilogin_js.json" in this directory. If I try to use the GUI, I got a blank screen from OMV now, without the possibility to login.
So I delete my empty file again, as you said, but then I got the same Errormassage as I posted...
Maybe, this file shouldn`t be empty?

Is just a cache file, doesn't matter.

after you delete the file, try to access in private/incognito mode in chrome

the same result, without the cache file it cames the error-message and with the created emty file the OMV screen without the login possibility

can you post here ls -la /var/cache/openmediavault

Also in what kind of media is OMV installed? a hard disk, flash drive or ssd?

You can do mkdir /var/cache/openmediavault/archives

then rerun the reinstall command
